Currently, PawPetals ships only within India. We’re working on expanding to international locations soon — stay tuned for updates!

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp. Simply click the link provided or enter the tracking ID on the courier’s website to check your order status anytime.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you receive a damaged item, report it within 48 hours with opening videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
