• We ship across India via trusted delivery partners.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery time: 5–7 working days (may vary by location).

• A tracking ID will be shared once your order is dispatched.

• Currently, international shipping is not available.

🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if the product is:

• Unused, in its original condition & packaging.

• Returned with a valid receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:

• Customized décor or made-to-order items.

• Large artificial trees or oversized décor pieces.

• Perishable goods (like natural flowers), gift cards & downloadable products.

📦 Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

• Once inspected & approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

• Sale items & clearance products are non-refundable.

• If the item was a gift, eligible refunds may be issued as gift credit.

• Exchanges are only allowed for items damaged during shipping.
